Buyer activity

When you browse, save favorites, place offers, participate in auctions, or use Buy Now, we collect activity related to those features, including saved listings, bid history, offer status, and purchase intent records.

Messaging and communications

Messages sent through the Platform — including text and optional audio messages — are stored so conversations remain available in your inbox. We may also send service emails such as verification links, password resets, and invitation messages.

AI-assisted features

If you use voice search, natural-language search, AI listing assistance, or similar tools, we process the text or audio you submit to generate search filters or draft listing fields. Do not submit sensitive personal information you do not want processed for these features.

Payment information

Listing publication fees and certain authorization holds (for example, auction entry or outbid holds) are processed through our payment partners. We receive transaction identifiers, amounts, and status — not full payment card numbers, which are handled by the payment processor.

Technical and usage data

We automatically collect standard log and device information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, to secure the Platform, diagnose issues, and improve performance.

• With other users. Listing pages may show seller name and contact options you choose to display. Buyers and sellers see messages exchanged in a conversation thread.

Ultimate Car Hub is built for multi-tenant operation. Marketplace data is scoped to the tenant organization that operates your marketplace instance. Tenant administrators may access user and listing data within their tenant for operational and support purposes, consistent with their own policies and applicable law.

Messages, listings, and transaction records may be retained after account closure where required for compliance or legitimate business purposes.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails using unsubscribe links where provided. Service and security emails may still be sent.
